To apply for a clinical internship at EMQ FamiliesFirst, please apply through this website.
For MFT Trainees, MSW Student Interns and Pre-Doctoral Practicum Trainees:
- Complete the EMQ FamiliesFirst Letter of Interest form for Clinical Internship. To download the form, click here. Fill it out and email it to the Intern Program coordinator for the region where you want to do an internship:
- Application for all clinical interns is made through this website by clicking on the Employment link and selecting Current Openings from the left menu. For the Santa Clara County Region Intern Program, click on Campbell; for LA County, click on Los Angeles; and for Sacramento County, click on Sacramento. Look for the ‘Clinical Intern’ posting and follow the directions to apply. You will create an account with us and submit the following:
- Curriculum Vita/Resume
- Three Letters of Recommendation
- Letter of Interest/Autobiographical Statement that includes a statement of future aspirations in the field as well as areas of specialization and interest
- Bring a current Official Transcript of your current graduate program in the event of an interview.
