The agency is nationally recognized for innovative, family-centered programs that help children recover and rebuild their lives. Established in 1867, we have been helping children ever since. Our mission is doing whatever it takes to help children, strengthen families, and build community to ensure that families thrive. We help thousands of children and their family members every year through programs like Family Finding, Wraparound, support and educational services. We are one of the largest providers of foster care and adoption services in the State, and provide community based and residential services to children from approximately 30 counties in California.
