The 5th Annual Beshoff MotorCars Mercedes Benz Golf Tournament benefiting children served by EMQ FamiliesFirst was a huge success! Thanks to the support of all in attendance, the tournament raised funds to help children healing from trauma, abuse and neglect.
Thanks especially to hosts Ray and Liza Beshoff who have been long time supporters and advocates for EMQ FamiliesFirst. Todd McClellan (San Jose Sharks Coach), Frank Yallop (Earthquakes Coach) and Ray Beshoff served as the auctioneers for the evening, raising almost $25,000 from auction items.
Held at Silver Creek Valley Country Club, the day included a putting contest, closest-to-the-pin award, hole-in-one award, plus dinner and a live auction. The money raised at this event will go to support our Adopt-a-Cottage program which provides our 24/7 Residential Program with necessary funding to turn each family cottage into a home. Special thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy a fun filled day of golfing, especially players and coaches from the Sharks and the Earthquakes!
