Sending Children Back to School With New Backpacks
The Rotary Club of Campbell helped stuff over 150 elementary, middle, and high school backpacks with rulers, binders, notebooks, calculators, pencils and pens for EMQ FamiliesFirst kids in crisis. This is the third year in a row that the Campbell Rotary has helped make a difference for kids and families in need of these supplies.
“We want to make the kids feel good about going back to school and maybe make a difference in their lives,” said Rotary President Ravi Chari. The backpacks were purchased with a $3,800 donation to EMQ FamiliesFirst. Special thanks to Janine Payton and all the Rotarians for their help in this special project.
