Bank of America's Neighborhood Excellence Initiative

Building Brighter Futures for Young Adults in our Community

Thanks to Bank of America, a $200,000 grant has helped to provide critical funding to the EMQ FamiliesFirst Emancipation Support Program and further support foster youth who are “aging out” of foster care.  To date, the grant has helped to provide transitional age foster youth with educational support, job readiness and retention skills training, life skills training, and financial literacy training.  Bank of America’s gift has made and will continue to make a difference in the lives of the youth we serve.

Thank you for investing in the lives of the young adults in our community!

We need to help the children and change the system so that these children—our children—can grow up with a brighter future.
