CHILDREN'S CHARITY TAPS GREINER AS VP OF HR
EMQ Children & Family Services Selects San Francisco Resident

Campbell, Calif., October, 27 2008 – Dr. Nadine Greiner has joined EMQ Children & Family Services http://www.emqff.org as VP of Human Resources and Organization Development. Greiner is both a business leader and clinician, and holds a dual Ph.D. in Organization Development and Clinical Psychology, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to the children's services provider.

Over the last 12 years, she successfully implemented contemporary, service-oriented Human Resources functions as vice president of Human Resources within Sutter Health and Bank of America, both highly matrixed, merging, and rapidly changing environments.

"Nadine is a natural addition to our team of professionals dedicated to helping children when they're at their most vulnerable," said Darrell Evora, president of EMQ. "Her background of working with healthcare clients such as Sutter Health, the City of San Francisco and Belmont Hills Psychiatric Center will be a great asset." Experience that makes her particularly suited to EMQ came early in her career when she worked as a group home counselor and foster care case manager.

Finally, Dr. Greiner brings breadth in best-practices leadership: As a consultant for many years providing interim leadership, she served as the interim executive director at the Matilda Brown Nursing Home and at the SPCA. Other clients included Blue Shield, CHW, Stanford/Lucille Packard, Reuters and the James Irvine Foundation.
