Supervisor Janice Rutherford attended a meet-and-greet hosted by the San Bernardino office of EMQ FamiliesFirst. She took a tour of the campus, met some of the staff that support our children and families, and heard first-hand stories of two former families who received services. The Wraparound program of EMQ FamiliesFirst, which works primarily with foster youth and probation youth, was highlighted as one of the key services provided in San Bernardino County.
