Child and Adolescent Mobile Crisis Program
(Santa Clara County)

The Child and Adolescent Mobile Crisis Program (CACP) is a 24-hour mobile crisis intervention service available to all Santa Clara County children and adolescents under age 18 who are in acute psychological crisis.

The CACP mobile team responds to youth and their families during periods of serious emotional trauma. The crisis team provides direct intervention services and links children and families with other community agencies for long term care and assistance. The goal of CACP is to stabilize the condition of both the child and the affected family members.

Meeting my mom after joining her small group Bible study created an instant connection in my heart and once I met my Dad and experienced the love and caring that my brothers and sisters showed me, I was convinced that this was the family I was to be a part of. They have provided me the security and comfort that I have been seeking for a very long time. I am proud to be their daughter and sister.
